This programme has been launched in celebration of Tshifhiwa’s 50th birthday, with the aim of mentoring 50 leaders over a period of seven months. It is specifically designed for individuals in senior management and above, including corporate executives, ministry leaders, and entrepreneurs.

What to Expect

Participants can look forward to a dynamic blend of in-person and virtual experiences. The program begins with the first face-to-face session, which includes a welcome lunch.

This is followed by three engaging “Leadership Bite” Zoom sessions designed to provide concise and impactful leadership insights. Additionally, there will be a special multiple-stream Zoom session offering three tailored tracks: Entrepreneurship, Executive Leadership, or Ministry Leadership.

For those in the technology field, a dedicated session focused on IT leadership will also be available. The program concludes with a second face-to-face session, highlighted by a celebratory graduation dinner.

Graduates of the programme will:
